Der Tod eines Freund.
A friend of mine has passed away this morning. She was in a terrible car accident in January that led to her having extensive brain damage. She was showing improvement, moving, giving 'ok' signs to people, and working on her rehabilitation. I'm not sure what happened but complications can happen in these cases. She was as much of a nerd as I am and loved life. She is in a better place now laughing at all of us who are crying and mourning, thinking "Guys, I'm alright and you are too. Don't be sad get Glad". That's who this girl was and will remain to be in our hearts. As a fellow nerd and "mother" (I was her mom in our choir families when she was a sophomore in high school) I will leave with this quote:

Hallo jeder!!
Sorry for the delay in this post. I have been very busy working on getting things ready for my brothers graduation and celebrating my 21st birthday. Time has completely eluded me. I hope that your summer is going well. I have finally completed the housing and course worksheets for studying abroad. I plan on taking a geography course, language course, art course, and another which I can't quite remember haha. As for celebrating my 21st.. It was fun. I went back up to BG and had a night in with my good friends up there with a few drinks, movies, and a cookie cake I made. Then on Friday I met up with my long lost friends from high school and the four of us went out to some nice bars in the city and ended up at the Pub. The Pub is one of the coolest places I have ever been! The bartenders wear kilts haha! One of them was younger and really cute. That's besides the point, but the Pub looked like a legit Pub that you'd see in Europe. Made me wish to be there now.
Lot's going on this week, Senior Awards Banquets for my brother, my grandparents are driving up from Texas, my brother is graduating, and finally the long awaited Graduation Party! Woot!
Well, at the moment I am babysitting and it's about time for the little one to wake up. So I best be off.
